allereerst, het appartement was op zich ok, het balkon zelfs heel ruim, de badkamer prima. Voor 2 mensen goed, voor 4 personen is het te klein. De locatie vonden wij minder, afstand naar centrum is te belopen. s'avonds is het echt rustig zodat je wel prima kan slapen. Je verblijft in een wooncomplex en daar moet je je op instellen. Ik zou voor deze prijs toch iets anders zoeken

kan niet echt zeggen wat, maar alles bij elkaar voelden wij ons hier niet op vakantie. Een sterke wietlucht kwam geregeld naar binnen.

It was a bonus to find somewhere with parking (even though the spaces were a little small). Everything was in the apartment as it was advertised. About a 15-20 minute walk to the Haubplatz for restaurants and cafes etc. There's a Spar convenience store about 3 minutes walk away. It was easy to get the apartment key and garage code, and Natalia allowed us to park earlier than normal. She also provided lots of information. The terrace was amazing! - it caught the afternoon sun. A real bonus.

Parking spaces were a little small and it was a bit if a nuisance having to park at no 41 & then take our bags to building 45 (we hadn't realised the underground parking could access building 45 as well at the time!). But this wasn't a big deal overall. Also the bed was a little firm for me but my partner thought it was fine!

The apartement was clean, comfortable and there was everything that a family needs even for a longer stay. And it has a wonderful terrace! It is very close to the historical city centre and there are a lot of shops nearby. It has its own parking place. The owner was very kind and gave us a lot of useful tips.

Apartament czysty, wyposażenie zgodne z opisem, w tym z własnym miejscem parkingowym. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Dla 5 osób na jedną noc jest ok, ale przy dłuższym pobycie będzie ciasno. Lokalizacja bliska centrum. PS. Warto odnotować, że odbiór kluczy jest z "sejfu", który jest zlokalizowany przy bramie parkingowej do podziemnego garażu. Dzięki temu nie trzeba zostawiać samochodu w strefie płatnego parkowania, żeby odebrać klucze do domu i garażu podziemnego. Sam garaż jest wspólny dla sąsiadujących budynków, ale jest możliwość przejścia z garażu podziemnego bezpośrednio do budynku z apartamentem. Wjazd do garażu jest przy budynku z innym numerem, który jest przy ulicy.

Nie ma klimatyzacji, która w upalne dni jest potrzebna. Głośna lodówka może przeszkadzać osobom śpiącym w salonie.

Kanapa w salonie już trochę przeżyła , jak na jedną noc to ok, bardzo gorąco w pokojach ,przydałby się chociaż dodatkowy wiatrak

L’appartamento era pulito e confortevole. Per soggiorni lunghi è adatto a famiglie non numerose. L’host è stata molto gentile, sollecita e disponibile. Se si viaggia con l’auto, utilissimo il posto auto riservato nel garage.

Our stay was great, ideal cleanliness. Huge terrace, comfy bed, needed kitchen facilities, furniture, appliances, linens, and towels — there was plenty of everything. The apartment is located in the centre, so we didn't use any transport. The host gave all the information, I liked the self check-in.

We were short on toiletries, particularly soap and shower gel. We couldn’t bring them with us, as we had been on a long bike trip.

Lage sehr gut in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage. Eigener Tiefgaragenstellplatz in abgeschlossener Tiefgarage. Bushaltestelle in ca. 200 m. Wohnung ist im 4. Stock, dank Aufzug aber kein Problem. Supermarkt in ca. 150 m. Küchenzeile gut ausgestattet.
