I'm going to be honest, it was a very bad experience. 1. The private underground garage is very narrow. The door to the apartment was broken and we had to wait a long time before someone else came in and told us the door had been broken for two weeks. But the landlord knew about it but didn't tell us that the door was damaged and made us wait at the door for a long time. She claimed she had called a repairman earlier but it never got fixed. 2. Handing over the keys is very troublesome. If you have a lot of luggage, you need to go to Building 45 to get the keys and then go back to Building 41 to park. But when you go to get the keys, your car can only be parked on the road. The danger of being towed away by the police. 3. The way from the parking lot to the apartment is very troublesome. The instructions given by the landlord were all wrong, she told us to go to the basement 2, but there is no exit at all from the basement 2, she told us to come out from the garage, we can only come out from the car traffic road, very dangerous and waste of time, and then in Go to Building 45 on the ground. It took us over 2 hours to check in on a rainy day. 4. The heating in the room is not very good, and the room is still very cold when it is adjusted to 25 degrees. There is a strong smell of smoke in the room that cannot be eliminated. 5. The attitude of the landlord is disappointing. When we couldn't find the direction when we checked in, she gave wrong instructions. When I told her the possibility of improvement to make it easier for other guests to check in, she just kept emphasizing that she was not at fault and the responsibility did not lie with her. No sense of responsibility. If you have other accommodation options, please choose other accommodations and not this apartment. Very unpleasant experience.

Nice apartment, near centre.

The flat was just fine. Good location, tidy rooms, well equipped kitchen and parking space in a garage. I recommend it to families too.

Apartment position, very close to public transport, supermarkets and some restaurants. Garage is free and easily accessible. Apartment is on the last floor with big balcony so you can enjoy some time outside. Everything was clean and you have all appliances that you need and even more. Overall I'm very satisfied and would recommend staying in this apartment in Graz.

Basically there was nothing to dislike, maybe to add some liquid soap in the shower and to add sugar for the coffee. But these are not big minuses and it is something you can handle.
