Ubytování bylo příjemné, veškeré pokyny jsem dostala včas a byly srozumitelné. Kuchyně i zbytek ubytování bylo dobře vybaveno. Krásný výhled z kuchyně a balkonu. Saunu ani zahradu jsem nevyužila. V okolí hodně zajímavostí a sportovního vyžití.

Das Haus war schwer zu finden, da die Hausnummern in Semslach völlig durcheinander vergeben worden sind. Eine Wegbeschreibung lag uns nicht vor. Wir warteten, bis nach ca. 15 Min. ein anderer Semslacher uns mit seinem Auto vorausfuhr, da er eine Vorstellung davon hatte, wo unsere Ferienwohnung sein könnte.

Wir haben - auch bei 7täg. Aufenthalt und mehrmaliger Nachfrage - keine Gästekarte erhalten. Nicht auf unser Handy, auch nicht im Fremdenverkehrsamt in Obervellach, da der Vermieter keine Email-Adresse angegeben hatte. Wir hätten gerne den Gästekartenvorteil bei so vielen Unternehmungen genutzt!

bella posizione panoramica sulla valle, appartamento spazioso, letti comodi, vicino c'è la possibilità di acquistare latte, yogurt e uova fresche dal produttore, posto molto tranquillo e silenzioso

Un solo asciugamano mani per 3 persone, non c'è il bidet, i proprietari non c'erano e rispondevano via messaggio fino alle 18. Avevamo bisogno di una presa adattatore per la corrente e ci hanno aiutato mandandoci a 30 km per acquistarla.
