"Nice stay"

Good location and well equipped.

It was quite dirty, especially the kitchen. We had to clean all dishes before using them and the dish washer was rusting!

Unkomplizierte Benutzung des Schlüsselsafes an der Haustüre, Die Lage ist sehr zentral ca. 10min zum goldenen Dach in Innsbruck, sehr nah am Inn und am Hofgarten, Welcome Card inklusive, Ausstattung der Küche war für uns ausreichend (Öl und Salz, sowie Brotaufstriche vorhanden)

Zimmer im vierten Stock ohne Aufzug, kein Licht im Treppenhaus in Stock 3 und 4, renovierungsbedürftiger Zustand von Haustüre, Böden (super laut knarzende Dielen im Schlafzimmer, gesprungene Fließen im Bad) und Sanitärausstattung (die Mischbatterie war eher eine Lotterie zwischen kochend heiß und eiskalt, außerdem war der Wasserdruck sehr niedrig - Haare waschen eher schwierig), Insgesamt sehr beengter Raum (Deckenhöhe in der Dusche nicht ausreichend für 1,90m Körpergröße, sowie Türhöhe unter Standard; es gab außerdem keine adäquaten Esstisch für zwei Personen bzw. zwei Personen mit Kind nur ein barähnliches Möbel im Schlafraum. Leider hat die Beschreibung des Apartment nicht mit der Realität übereingestimmt und war für uns deshalb sehr unpraktisch und enttäuschend.

Die Lage ist super. Man ist an der Inn und sehr schnell in der Stadt. Die Betten sind bequem.

Die Ausstattung ist sehr Basic. Der Duschschlauch war undicht, keine Spülmaschine, die Haustür ist dauerhaft geöffnet.
