L’appartement est très confortable et très propre. Il dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin. Il est très bien situé dans Innsbruck. Un peu à l’écart du centre pour être au calme mais proche et avec une vue agréable sur la rivière.

"Schlüssel im Türschloss abgebrochen - Host musste aktiv um Entgegenkommen gebeten werden"

Lage ist sehr zentrumsnahe. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Großer Esstisch, kleien Küche. Ausreichende Ausstattung für einen Wochenendeausflug.

Die Wohnungstür war sehr alt. Das Schloss in der Tür war halb kaputt. Leider ist der Schlüssel im Schloss am ersten Tag abgebrochen. Wir musste deshalb 3h auf den Schlüsseldienst warten. Zu Beginn hätte der Host gemeint, wir sollen diese Rechnung selbst bezahlen. Wir mussten aktiv argumentieren, dass wir nicht zuständig sind diese Rechnung zu übernehmen - zumal das Schloss grundsätzlich schon sehr kaputt war und längst auszutauschen wäre! Das war eine sehr unangenehme Situation. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war grundsätzlich gut, jedoch hätten wir uns hier mehr direktes Entgegenkommen gewünscht. Wir haben uns dann am Ende, auf unsere aktive Nachfrage, auf eine Kostenrückerstattung geeinigt.
