Had everything we needed. Enjoyed having a fan at night. Great location for walking around Salzburg.

Bathroom and sink are a little small.

The property itself is amazing, the location is as central as it gets, and it’s wonderful to have an entire apartment all to yourself.

We arrived very early in the morning and went to the key pickup location to drop off our bags, but no one was there. Since it was raining, we had no choice but to leave and keep coming back, which was inconvenient and exhausting and it took up our first half of the day we could have used for exploring museums just to get our keys. I think it’s unreasonable that the key pickup location is 1.6 km away from the apartment. This is something that should be improved. Aside from this issue, our stay was exceptional.

Die Lage ist in der Steingasse optimal, manchmal laut durch die Lokale. Schönes Wohnzimmer, gute Küchenzeile. Gutes WLAN.

Badezimmer sehr klein, keine Beleuchtung über Spiegel, daher schminken im Blindflug. Kleiner Kasten für längeren Aufenthalt.

Gute, zentrale Lage

Etwas beengtes Schlafzimmer, wenig Schränke für die Kleidung, etwas überdimensionierte Küche

The location

1. Wasn’t very clean 2. It needs a lot of maintenance. For example, the walls are really dirty, the shower wasn’t properly cleaned, and the lights are very dim. 3. No shampoo or other cosmeticals 4. The air was musty because of the humidity in the apartment 5. We had to pick up the keys at a 10 min drive from the apartment 6. And the worst part is the staff. We had check-out at 10:00 am, which is super early. Still, we respected that and checked out at that time. But because the parking lot is 10 minutes away and because we couldn’t take all our stuff in one turn, we left one trolley in the hallway. Everything was gathered, and the cleaning lady could have easily started her work. We even messaged the staff about this, still, instead of a humane call to check what is going on, we were attacked like we committed a felony. The staff didn’t let me speak and explain what I just said above. Very rude.
