- Very clean - Fairly large room - Beautiful location, scenery, room looks at the mountains - No transit traffic due to main road ending in the forrest - Parking right in front of the house - Walking distance to ski slopes and hiking paths - Two restaurants right next door - Kitchen is well equipped and has basic food items like salt, oil, tea - Drinking bowl, mat, waste bag provided for the dog

- A bit dated interrior - Sauna advertised on booking.com, but not offered - Not very warm welcome from the mother of the owner. Felt more like a somewhat grumpy announcement of house rules rather than a kind welcome Owner left a nice postit note on the door which is great and made us feel better. Did not meet the owner who others praise for kindness - Noise from top floor. Walking, speaking can be heard - Bed squeaks. Only large, “shapeless” pillow - TV’s internal sound was almost unusable. External speaker was not working. - Bringing a dog incurs extra cost. I can understand this in general but our poodle loses zero hair so his presence in not noticable and requires no extra cleaning. We left the room 100% clean did the dishes etc. I see why a large hotel chain has inflexible rules but a private host could adjust. - Frying pan had deep scratches which is not recommended to be used due to potential toxicity. There were smaller alternative pans available. - Appartment is in a private compound as far as I can see based on door bells which might impact how relaxed one feels in the small shared garden - Given all the above I felt the price was somewhat more than justified in a super off season Monday-Wednesday

Amazing location sorrounded by mountains, friendly and really helpful owners, well equipped apartment, there’s a nice playgound for the kids in the garden. Both restaurants in the neighbourhood are nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

We loved the location. The apartment was very spacious, the kitchen was well equipped.

This Ferienwohnung is one of our favourite. The room is cosy and comfortable, the kitchen is well equiped. We will come back for sure if we decide to spend holidays in Wiener Alps.
