CZWe used this accomodation during our stay for Wachau marathon and it was surely one of the best possible spaces you can imagine. It's located directly in historical city centre and everything related to race was really close - expo, finish, bus and train station. Apartment itself is nice and clean in nice old building. If you need a parking place, then it's located just a few hundread meters away as there are no parking places directly on the street.
I think there was nothing wrong and therefore I can only nitpick :) There was an issue that toilet doesn't have wash-basin so after usage you always need to go through apartment to bathroom to wash your hands. But that's something I can live with...
