SKThe interior, location and the terrace.
The apartment was very dirty, with a lot of dust and dirt on the floor, it seemed that the apartment had not been cleaned at all for a long time. The milk for the coffee was expired, the terrace chairs were broken and there was even some trash on the floor. The couch and bed, especially the pillows, were very uncomfortable. We ended up being charged for an extra bottle of wine that we didn't take and the staff accused us of exchanging the bottle of wine for another one so they had to charge it, which was completely absurd. Finally they agreed to give us a refund for the bottle of wine, which we still haven't received.. It was a huge disappointment, even though the apartment has potential (interior design, beautiful building, location).
NL+ central location and still very quiet + the thick walls of the 17th century building keep the heat out in summer + the loft is nicely renovated and well equipped (incl. washing machine)
- it was not indicated that the drinks in the fridge are not be paid for. - covid certificate was demanded even though it was not required anymore - no explanation about handling of household waste - extra cleaning due to long stay was promised but never offered - late checkout was charged on credit card even though explicitly not asked/needed
