Big room, free cot for baby

Lots of noise from people staying nextdoor, including noise from a washing machine after 10 pm.

Very close to bus lines to city center and train station. Clean, quiet and safe.

Having a washing machine would be a plus if there were any way to dry clothes. A simple folding drying rack would have made a big difference. Guests staying for more than 2 days should have an opportunity for clean towels; either supplying more at beginning or a process for obtaining clean ones every several days. We were there for five days with 2 bath towels and 2 washcloth sized hand towels and were told there was no process to exchange. We were given the incorrect network address in email. When we asked for assistance we were told it works fine for everyone else. Later saw a note on wall with correct information and were able to access. Small garbage cans in kitchen and bath had bags but no extra trash bags available to empty and replace. This could be a great accommodation with just a few additions: drying rack, roll of paper towels in kitchen, extra garbage bags, paring knife in kitchen, and more professional response to inquiries.

Everything perfect, so nothing to say more

The apartment was clean and the amenities were fine. The location is convenient.

We encountered considerable confusion trying to find and get into the rental. The property has several rentals and the name of ours was not obvious in the email we had received. When we called the number provided we were shuttled between people while they attempted to locate our info. This took quite a while. In the end, our rental was the least favorable of the group, located directly on the entrance alley, with no privacy to speak of. In the mornings, large trucks arrived very early immediately in front of our windows to begin work on a neighboring building. We asked for a late check-out, which was refused. Normally, not worth mentioning, but, given the problems getting into the apartment, it would have been a nice gesture.

The location was very convenient, with a bus stop to the train station and the tourist area. I received the digital Welcome Card on my way to Innsbruck, so I didn't have to pay for the bus to get to the apartment. I appreciate that the host has several attention: 2 coffee pods available in case I arrive late with no time for shopping, and a laundry pod. The apartment was sleek and modern.

I stayed in the Bettelwurf studio, which is on the ground floor. I wouldn't recommend it for solo female travelers. It felt slightly weird to think that people walking in the complex building could see us through the glass doors and windows. The only option was to close all the drapes, even during the day.

Air con was almost non-existent, which meant we had to keep all the windows open which was not great as there was a building site right next to the windows. No drying rack for the washing machine, one of the bed side lamps didn't work, and a garden with BBQ was advertised but this is a communal garden primarily owned by the residence

It is such a good place to spend some days, it was truly clean and had all the amenities necessary to cook. The bus stop is just around the corner.

There are some building construction just right on the apartment door starting really early in the morning (before 7am) so it makes it difficult to sleep if you need to rest.
