Very bad service from Keyone. They spam you with emails, does not sent at due time the Wellcome card. Giving only 4 toilet papers for four people for 14 days is not enough. When I wrote them to bring more - no response. I had to buy them. Sink at the bathroom was leaking. I reported that first day (from my 14 days) and noone repaired that all the 14 days! The only put bucket bellow. No small knifes here - when I told them, they brought a huge knife, not small. INTERNET NOT WORKING -one needs to restart modem all the time and immediately after to connect. Very laud surrounding because of the roof repair. Lastly problem to get invoice - at keyone the promise you to do promptly, but alway nothing happenes. Then they sent wrong one..one needs to call again and again to Austrian phone number..it cost me another 20 EUR. Nighmare.

The owner was very helpful but I think we were not supposed to need to contact her on arrival. The appartment was clean. The bed was big comfortable. The apartment was large. The shower worked well. The bed was comfortable. it was a 20 minute walk to the nearest supermarket or you could drive.

The apartment was very nice however I had some issues. The parking was on the street outside and had to be paid for at a parking machine. As advertised it cost 9Euro per day. However the machine only took coins and we didn't really have enough coins and we had to get change. When we arrived at the property despite finding the right address we could not find our apartment. There are several at this location. The property sent lots of messages in German, maybe I did not understand them and that is why I did not easily find the apartment. When inside the WiFi name wasn't correct but it all worked anyway.

Spacious and clean rooms. Need to take a bus to go to the city centre.

Parking is a problem. There are public parking spaces in front of the apartment. They have to be paid from 10am to 8pm. After 8pm it's free.

Very large room, clean and with extras (washing machine with soap included, coffee caps, etc.). Possibility to park the car for free just in front of the main entrance. Easy walk (30 minutes) to the city center, passing through a playground ideal for kids.

It was clean, warm, with enough electric equipment and plenty of room for our baggage...

We stayed for six nights and it should have a room service in middays... For example clean towels,foam bath or even toilet paper... Also the communication with the provider company was too slow...
