Historic City Center Boutique Apartment 4 - Free Parking - Schlossberg View - by Casa Momo

We loved everything. The location is incredibly convenient, with the entire city center easily accessible on foot. Having our own parking spot in the courtyard was a lifesaver in the city. And that fresco on the living room ceiling! The bathroom was excellent and fully equipped, as was the kitchen.

Great location, close to downtown, next to a restaurant and across street from 2 supermarkets, very spacious rooms, private parking!! and good WIFI. Good communication with the host.

It was a warm day and the apartment didn’t have AC, although it did have a fan. Perhaps an AC unit will be great!

Very stylish apartment, in a fabulous location. So close to all of the sights & innere stadt as well as the station. I walked everywhere. Moritz is a fabulous host, so friendly & helpful, nothing is a problem!! I couldn't locate the iron & he kindly came by to show me, it was in the laundry room opposite the apartment. Also it was quite warm so he delivered a fan, which made a big difference especially as cannot leave windows open of a night, but the noise does subside from about 10pm till 5am. It has all of the amenities needed for a self contained stay in Graz. Highly recommend, but also recommend ear plugs as it is located in a very central, busy area.

The noise....it is located opposite Lendplatz right on a busy intersection near the daily market & night life with bars & cafes (which is great), but not the street noise. However Moritz advised he is installing new soundproofing so that will make a huge difference. I am not a fan of large beds with single quilts that seems to the norm in Europe, a queen bed needs a queen sized quilt!

Great location, cleanliness, classic interior, communication with the owner.

Old buildig, old windows - only for good sleepers. You can hear everything that happens outside (traffic, people talking etc.), there is a permanent noise from the street. No microwave, uncomfortable bed, squeaking wooden floor, very narrow driveway, no sugar to the coffee.

Really nicely decorated house with an easy access. Parking is plus. This will be definitely our house in Graz, for next time too.

The apartment is beautiful and well equipped. Free parking was a nice addition, the host was very friendly, responsive and flexible. The location is great, very close to the center, fantastic restaurant just next door.

Everything went very well, I have no complaints, maybe only the shower curtain could be improved because if you're not careful it can get the bathroom wet
