Spacy, clean and comfy place close to the old town

As during our stay, weather was extremely hot, air condition would be really good to have in the appartment(its only recommendation)

The property was spotless. It had a fridge and electric jug (not common in Europe). A nice pub/restaurant was right next door. Perfect for us especially when it rained.

The property had a washing machine but no dryer, which we depended upon. It needs a "clothes horse" or drying racks at least. The drive in entrance was tricky to find. The door was closed and we needed to park across a footpath and cycleway whilst we worked out how to get in. Also, the entrance is only wide enough for a small car.

Very helpful host, beautiful and stylish apartment, fantastic location. Great traditional restaurant next door too.

A larger car might not be able to drive through the gate.

The property was right beside Lendplatz which is our favorite part of Graz and just a stone’s throw from the Kunsthaus. We also loved the novelty of driving into the little schloss from the street. The flat was nice and clean and they made up the couch for my daughter which was perfect for us. There are so many great restaurants and bars right around the corner.

Nothing, we had a minor hiccup just trying to figure out where to put the tax money, but it was fine. Communication was fairly smooth through the booking.com app.
