Great location, free parking in the building's courtyard, quick and easy communication with the host, easy self check-in... Lovely details in the apartment, all the essential amenities needed for short stays (toiletries, coffee, tea etc.).

Everything was amazing. The location is great. Walking distance to everything. The communication with Moritz was excellent. I loved the pics he sent before check-in to make it super easy for us to get into the apartment. Moritz was an excellent host. So helpful and friendly. His apartment was the best one we stayed in Austria. Great decor, well equipped kitchen for cooking our meals. Laundry just needed a drying rack or laundry line would be helpful.

Character was lovely, bed and furniture were comfortable.

The shower rose in an awkward position, window to the bedroom from the bathroom, so if someone was in bed and you had the light on in the bathroom, it would disturb that person. Busy road in front, undesirable end of town.

Great apartment. Very well “kitted out” with everything you could need for a stay and more. Moritz was an excellent host. Despite the fact we woke him on our early arrival, he was incredibly accommodating & made arrangements for us to store our bags. Would definitely recommend to others.

Well located to the old town, supermarket and restaurants…..easy walking distance. Great communication with owner , very clear directions for parking car, key entry etc. very spacious apartment and done beautifully in retro style.

As it had a washing machine there was no drying rack or ironing facilities. However when contacting owner . gave me the passcode to get into the laundry to borrow iron .

Very cool apartment near the city center. Apartment is in an old building but is nicely renovated. The elements on new and old are well mixed inside and we liked it very much. Secured parking is a big plus. Apartmant is on the second floor and the building doesn’t have an elevator. You get the key to the gate to park the car in the courtyard. It was clean, had everything we needed for our stay. 10-15 minutes walk to the old part of the town. In the neighborhood you have good kebab place, shops, cute cafes and restaurant. We liked it very much and the owner had great eye for details. Don’t forget to look at the amazing ceiling in the living room.

A neat place very near the Graz Hbf and an easy walk to Murinsel, Kunsthaus, and the Innere Stadt. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable and convenient ❤️
