very nice and sunny apartment (in an old beautiful building but nicely renovated). Location is great (walking distance to center, cafes and restaurants nearby) Parking is a big plus. Fully equipped kitchen (plus espresso machine).

The apartment is in an excellent location within minutes of pleasant walk to Graz old town. The decor is retro and minimalist yet overall it’s comfy to fit 3 adults. Well- maintained and very clean; the free parking is an extra bonus if you have a car (going to the garage can be a bit challenging though). Good value for money for a location right in the middle of everything you need as a traveller! Visiting the morning market across the road is a delightful activity to jump start a day!!

As its location suggests, sometimes you can feel the hustle and bustle of a city from the nearby plaza at night. Little reminder: since the apartment is located in a building with long history, sounds from the door, wooden floor and other parts are unavoidable.

Perfect Location

Everything! the interior design ! the ceiling was beautiful! All furniture was carefully chosen . Coffee and variety of teas . Highly recommended!!!!😉😉

The apartment is situated near the city center, about a 5 minutes walk from there. You can see the city fortress from the window. It's in an old building, from 1827 but it's recently renovated. It has all the facilties you need, it spacious, comfortable and clean. You can even cook, there's an oven and all the gear you need. The bed was good, there is a smart TV if you want and there are also curtains and window blinds if you need.

Can be a bit noisy in some moments due to the traffic outside, it's just above an intersection. But nothing horrible, you can sleep good, nights seem to be quiet in Graz.
