Cozy, good space, location, cool with VHS.

Bad half-broken furnitures in the kitchen. Sparse cutlery and glasses, dull knife, not so good ventilation. No dishwashing liquid.

La posizione centrale, gli spazi delle stanze, il bagno piccolo, ma con doccia grande e subito calda.

La trascuratezza degli allestimenti delle stanze : un insieme di stili molto diversi con un' aria vecchia e non curata. Angoli con ragnatele e muffa, vetri e infissi sporchi.

Sijainti todella hyvä. Hieno paikka, iso huoneisto.

Keittiö oli vaatimaton, liesi ei toiminut, muutkin keittiövälineet hieman puutteelliset.

Property was nice..!! And location was good..!

It didn’t have any proper utensils washing area or liquid detergent to wash utensils..!!

Leider war an der Balkontür und dem Fenster schwarzer Schimmel, im Schlafzimmer hat man ebenfalls schimmel gesehen, dieser scheint weggewischt worden zu sein. Die Betten waren leider alle unbequem. Das eine Doppelbett zu weich, das andere zu hart. Aber beide noch in ordnung. Das Einzelbett war leider eine Zumutung und nicht nutzbar, eine durchgelegene Matratze auf Latten, die man alle samt spürt. Das Schlafsofa war leider auch nicht bequem. Leider waren auch in allen Ecken und der Decke Spinnweben, z.t. schon schwarz vor Dreck. Auch die Terasse war dreckig, ein voller Aschenbecher und eine Mülltüte. Der Herd war rostig und das Geschirr schmierig. Sowohl an der Badtür und am Toaster und Kaffeemaschine waren undefinierbare Flecken.

這裡有廚房~但是沒有太多器材，可以簡單方便自己烹飪一下沒問題。 入住的指引很不錯，管理者是酒店前台的櫃檯，對面整棟是公寓，不像一般房東自租的公寓， 有櫃台負責報到引導 很不錯。

唯一的缺點是這裡缺少洗衣機 烘乾機~

Super Lage, mitten im Zentrum, alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Perfekt. Wir waren zu sechst, mit 4 erwachsenen Kindern. Als reine Übernachtungsfunktion gut. Nettes Personal. Frühstücksbuffet gut.

Appartement sehr alt, Küche dreckig und rostig, Fensterrahmen und Ecken verschimmelt. Die beiden Doppelbetten bequem. Auf den Schlafsofas kann man nicht schlafen, sehr (!) unbequem. Das gesamte Appartement müsste dringend aufgefrischt werden.

Overall, picked this place based on location.

We stayed at Apartment Kurt for five nights and unfortunately cannot recommend this property based on our experience. The apartment was dark, poorly maintained, and significantly below acceptable cleanliness standards. Upon arrival, the kitchen had ants throughout the area, and surfaces including counters, bedroom furniture, and shelving were covered in heavy dust — suggesting the apartment had not been properly cleaned in a long time. The bedroom carpet was dirty and appeared not to have been vacuumed prior to our stay. Basic kitchen necessities were missing. No dish soap or sponge was provided, making it impossible to clean anything. The coffee and espresso kettles were moldy and unusable. Dishware was extremely limited — only two glasses, two coffee cups, and a few bowls for a multi-night stay. The small refrigerator blocked access to the garden door, which opened to a cluttered and unmaintained outdoor space. The listing also referenced a VCR with dozens of tapes, yet the VCR did not work — an outdated and irrelevant amenity in 2026. We ultimately received only a 15% partial refund, which did not adequately reflect the condition of the apartment. Based on cleanliness issues, lack of usable facilities, and overall maintenance concerns, a substantially larger refund would have been appropriate. Future guests should carefully reconsider booking unless cleanliness and basic accommodation standards are clearly addressed.
