Apartment Kurt

We stayed 6 of us in the apartment. My bed was rally bad, but the others were ok. The mattress had big bumps on it and I couldn’t sleep. The other 5 said that theirs were ok. Other than that the place was good.

Parking was in the parking garage. We had to walk with our luggage in the rain. We got a code to the lock box to get into the hotel, however our apartment was in a separate building across the street. We had to wait for a while before we figured out what we needed to do. We also had to pay 16 euro for parking what we were not told ahead of time.

Location was amazing! We could walk to everything! Bedrooms are very large.

The property doesn't have a common area for a family except the kitchen with only four chairs even though we rented it for six people. There is also a small entrance area with just a large desk in it. There are two large bedrooms, a small kitchen, and two small bathrooms (one of which was in a shared area with another apartment but was marked as belonging to Apartment Kurt). It is poorly equipped. The kitchen had two small burners which were in bad shape. Many simple things like light bulbs didn't work. It needs repairs, updating, and the addition of the essentials that you normally find in a rental.

it was poorly maintained no light on the landing, bathroom sink was blocked kitchenette inadequate for three people not enough cutlery or crockery the whole place was not very clean

the location was great and the staff who work at the hotel were very helpful and courteous.

the maintenance needs to be done. the furniture was falling apart. there was no usable appliances or fittings in the kitchen and the lights didn’t work - needed new bulbs and the shower head was broken.

It has a very good location, very nice garden. It is quiet (apart from trash collecting early in the morning outside).

I think the relation between price and convenience isnt good. The kitchen is small, not very practical. The kitchen equipment was rather poor. Not super clean bathroom.
