Bien équipé et spacieux. Le logement se trouve à 10 mn à pieds de la gare et 20 minutes du centre ville. Commerces à proximité.

Bruit suite à des travaux de rénovation sur l’immeuble au moment où nous sommes venus.

The apartment was very nice, with every appliance i may have needed. Very clean and overall a very cute place. Situated very near the tram stop and close to the Central station too.

I loved the location, it had everything I needed. Great little well equipped kitchen. Even a little bath which was lovely. The communication with the host was clear and timely.

Beautiful apartment. It was very clean and spacious. Instructions from owner was very clear, our checkin was easy as well as checkout. Location is really great and convenient- supermarket and close to tram and central station. Graz city center is also 10 mins walk. kitchen is well equipped- microwave, kettle, oven, fridge, coffee machine and basic supplies like oil, coffee, salt, sugar, pepper. Owner also provided to fans to beat the heat- it worked well for us.

Handy location close to the city centre and the main station; smooth communication with host.

Cigarette smell in the hallway of the building; musty smell in the apartment; too expensive if you’re only staying for one night, as the cleaning fee is quite high.
