All was clean and nice - we were very satisfied.

I love staying in this apartment whenever I am in Graz longer than a weekend. It's really close to the train station. You can walk to the historic centre in 20 mins or hop a tram from the stops located less than 5 mins away. The kitchen is well equipped for a regular stay - the oven is a bit wonky but you get used to it. There is a large supermarket (Billa) very close by. There is an elevator to take you to the first floor in case you do not want to lug your suitcase - you just have to take your bags 4 steps up, that's about it. You also get access to free, very stable WiFi.

Everything was great.

Accessible to transportation, grocery stores, walkable to town center.

Really good apartment easy to get to fro Graz hbf, short walk or tram ride into the old town. A few good restaurants close by. Trams in Graz are excellent value if you get a day ticket & you can see so much of the city by travelling the different lines.

It was very hot & humid when we were there (August), so air-con would've been welcomed.

The photos here fully correspond to the apartment in reality. Cozy living as at home, which made me feel good about the whole city. You can walk to the city center and the university, or 10 minutes by tram or bus. The train station is 7 minutes away. You can even get to the Webling bus station for a 6.00-bus using bus 32 not far from the apartment. The apartment is vintage, but you can’t say that the furniture in it is shabby, etc. The mattress in the bed is exactly my hardness. Roller blinds allow you to completely block the light in the bedroom. The kitchen allows you to completely cook your own food (I only used the microwave). The bathroom is clean, the shower is spacious. The hostess is pleasant to talk to and quickly responds to requests. There were no issues with the check-in process at all: everything is clearly laid out point by point. It is obvious that the hostess thinks through all the details for the convenience of guests.

Probably just stuffy in the heat without air conditioning (you can use only a fan). I did not have enough light in the main room to work at the table. And lying on the couch in the evening it is generally impossible to read (the light is concentrated only above the table). I can't point out any other drawbacks.

Clean, huge, tons of seating, well stocked kitchen, great location, super responsive owners. A great place to stay!
