Vintage Apartment

Looks even better in person than in the photos (and it looks great in the photos). Apartment has everything you might need for long or short stay. Location is amazing, just a few tram stops from center.

The apartment was excellent, with everything you would need to cater for yourself. It's location is within walking distance of Graz main train station and the beautiful old town, with all its attractions, restaurants, bars and shops. Trams are easily accessible around the corner on the main street, which has an excellent service to get you all over the city. There is a supermarket, again just around the corner, be aware though that most local shops close by 6pm but there is a Spar supermarket located within the train station which stays open much later. Graz airport is only a 15 minute train journey from the station too.

There was nothing to dislike about this property and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here in the future.

Location was excellent, 2 minutes from tram. Less than 10 minutes to centre of town. When we had a problem the host was very quick to respond.

The shutter in the living/dining room did not work. Unfortunately the repair could not be repaired during our stay. The wifi did not work one day but the host resolved the problem the following day.

Fully equipped, well managed & properly maintained apartment, clean & tidy. Prompt replies from the host for enquiries. I feel the passion & dedication of the host to running an excellent vacation apartment.

The light bulbs in the dining area keep flashing, perhaps due to poor contact of the bulbs. That, however, does not affect much my enjoyment in the apartment.

Kitchen and bathroom equipped with everything one would need. Especially the kitchen, all sorts of utensiles available, very efficient use of space.

The area near Hbf looks a bit rough and the property is near a sexy shop (maybe the only one in Graz?). But this is only appearance, in fact the area is quite safe.

The owner was so helpful. My laptop charger wasn't fitting in the plug point and owner managed to get an adapter for me.
