location and having a living room and kitchen for our small group

parking was tricky, but john the host sorted that out.

The location is what sold us, we stayed here 3 years ago too.

The dirty old furniture on the back patio. It really needs to go. You can't sit in it due to the dust. It's eclectic, which we loved the first time, but nothing has been revamped. It's in need of a deep clean and new furniture and a bigger tv for that size room. The beds were comfortable, the towels scratchy. The powerboard kept tripping if you used the jug and microwave together, which we discovered.

It felt like home away from home

Really good house and facilities. One of us had an accident on the landslide bypass and we were late arriving at Bollinger. The owner was there to meet us at 6pm and we left early after 7am.

All the beverage making items with the exception of milk were provided. None of us could make a brew. His reply when asked why he didn't supply milk was that he had to keep throwing it out. A very tight arsed response and we will be happy to stay there again if he provides milk.

Right in town. Very eclectic building.

Minimal security.

The apartment was spacious, well equipped and had everything we needed for a great family stay. The apartment was unique, rustic and full of character, perfect fo a stay in Bellingen. The huge verandahs and outside space were great. The location could not be better being right in the main street.
