"I'd stay there again."

I liked that there was a living room and good kitchen. Everything you could ask for was there. Plenty of bedding if it got cold and fans in every toom which was a bonus. Also air conditioning in living and bedrooms. Balcony overlooking the street and one at back of building.

It was hard to find where to park as no signage. Also hard to get out of parking area as a car parked other side of laneway, but it was manageable. The host, John was delightful and talked me through how to get into carpark. He was very helpful.

"A quirky place to stay in central Bellingen"

Well located, spacious, comfortable beds and kitchen has good supply of crockery cutlery and saucepans .

Air con inadequate to heat the property . No heater in bathroom . Cold at night . Very tight parking. Only one very large sharp knife in kitchen …need a couple of small sharp knives .
