Orange Stay Apartments Melbourne operates at 74A/889 Collins Street Docklands. Our office is located at the back of the 889 Building next to the river and please proceed to our office for check in process. Please note that there may be an additional AUD $50 charge for arrivals after 18:00 and $100 charge for arrivals after 22:00 for a personal check-in. However the property offers 24 hours access to the keys with the drop boxes at no extra charge. Please contact the property direct for details on arranging this if required. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Please inform Orange Stay Townhouses in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AUD 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "Good location and access to public transport."

Location was perfect and great to have 3 bathrooms as we had 6 people staying. Air conditioning in every room was great as it was hot few days.

Not enough couch seating in living area for 6 people. Disappointing as dining chairs not comfortable to relax in. Dishwashing detergent almost depleted but managed to spread over the 3 days. Missing lower fridge shelf so unable to stand up bottles

"Great location, very comfortable to unit."

The location was perfect. We had 3 couples and we all had separate bedrooms and a bathroom each. Great variety of restaurants nearby. Tram and railway stations close by also.

No screens on the windows. Unable to open to allow fresh air in due to the mosquitoes. Downstairs bedroom window dodgy - needs to be fixed. Bedspread down stairs looked like someone had been sleeping on it!!! Not a good look.

Excellent location and spacious townhouse. Easy to get to the nearest tram and staff were very quick and helpful when contacted.

Bathrooms need a good clean!!! Air conditioning system was extremely temperamental.

Good location for events at marvel stadium.

Bathrooms weren’t very clean mould in showers and sticky tiles. Fridge also faulty door didn’t close properly.

Convenient to Marvel, shops and tram

We were unable to use rooftop terrace due to maintenance but weren’t advised prior. Quite a few spiderwebs and windows were very dirty on the outside and looked like hadn’t been cleaned for some time.

Location to the city centre and trams Garage entrance into the property Comfortable Great bathrooms & ensuite Dining area and kitchen great - we cook our own b’fasts, platter dinners and out for lunches ! Nice outlook onto park

1 three seater couch for 6 adults wasn’t the most comfortable for sitting around conversation A second couch / chairs more comfortable for longer sitting/ chatting Kitchen Cutting board would be good
