Orange Stay Apartments Melbourne operates at 74A/889 Collins Street Docklands. Our office is located at the back of the 889 Building next to the river and please proceed to our office for check in process. Please note that there may be an additional AUD $50 charge for arrivals after 18:00 and $100 charge for arrivals after 22:00 for a personal check-in. However the property offers 24 hours access to the keys with the drop boxes at no extra charge. Please contact the property direct for details on arranging this if required. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Please inform Orange Stay Townhouses in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AUD 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. "Great location for a city stay"

Great location for getting into the city. The town house was comfortable and spacious enough for 5 adults. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Just a little noisy with the floating stairs but was still great.

The location was great and having seperate bathrooms was fabulous.

The stairs, we were travelling with two eighty year olds that struggled with the stairs. Also the entire apartment needs a little TLC.

Loved the location, although a little hard to find

No warning about the 2nd bathroom having a faulty shower grate. Needs a thorough clean. The bathroom on the ground floor, had not been cleaned properly for sometime, black mould on tiles, in the corner and even high up. When this was reported, it was only dealt in a hasty way. Floors need a good thorough clean to return them back to how they should look. Dust in all edges and corners. Really not good enough, should be executed to a high standard. Small front patios and outdoor furniture need ongoing attention, have not been cleaned or leaves removed for sometime.

We absolutely loved the location! Having a garage was great. We also loved having 3 bathrooms to accompany each bedroom. Coffee shop and Woolworths in such close proximity was amazing.

The place was very dirty. Mouldy showers, dead bugs everywhere, dirt and grime all around the place. The air conditioners smelt bad (like they hadn’t been cleaned or maintained). The quality of the bedding was pretty poor. Very cheap uncomfortable pillows (only 1 per person). It felt cheap.
