Orange Stay Apartments Melbourne operates at 74A/889 Collins Street Docklands. Our office is located at the back of the 889 Building next to the river and please proceed to our office for check in process. Please note that there may be an additional AUD $50 charge for arrivals after 18:00 and $100 charge for arrivals after 22:00 for a personal check-in. However the property offers 24 hours access to the keys with the drop boxes at no extra charge. Please contact the property direct for details on arranging this if required. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Please inform Orange Stay Townhouses in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AUD 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. The location was good however quite a walk with all of the suitcases from the place to pick up the keys.

The property is on 3 levels. so a lot of stairs.

Convenient location and spacious enough to accommodate our two families.

The downstairs bedroom smelled a bit musty and the heater wasn't working properly the entire weekend. It was extremely chilly which made it difficult to sleep and unfortunately there were no extra blankets in any of the closets. No compensation was offered for this inconvenience which was disappointing considering how much we paid to stay there.

The local food was superb. Easy to get around

The map provided by reception was so small you couldn’t actually read the street names. There was no full length mirror in the apartment.

Location. Very close to the free tram line so getting around was easy. Also close to the Webb bridge that takes you to Harbour Town and the restaurants along there. Apartment located in very quiet location, I believe they refer to it as banking district, so no one around during the weekend. Local Woolies and BWS also handy.

Stairs 😂 After a full day of shopping and walking Melb CBD, the stairs were an effort 😬

The location was great, great access to everything we needed.

I didn't like the configuration of the beds in the rooms, the main bedroom on the 2nd floor had two single beds as did the other bedroom on the 2nd floor, the only double bed was on the ground floor at the front door way and it was very cold on the ground floor even though there was a heater down there it was over the bed and was to hot to leave it on at night. the stairs were very noisy and the garage was quite small.
