Orange Stay Apartments Melbourne operates at 74A/889 Collins Street Docklands. Our office is located at the back of the 889 Building next to the river and please proceed to our office for check in process. Please note that there may be an additional AUD $50 charge for arrivals after 18:00 and $100 charge for arrivals after 22:00 for a personal check-in. However the property offers 24 hours access to the keys with the drop boxes at no extra charge. Please contact the property direct for details on arranging this if required. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Please inform Orange Stay Townhouses in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AUD 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A deposit may be required at the property.
