Orange Stay Apartments Melbourne operates at 74A/889 Collins Street Docklands. Our office is located at the back of the 889 Building next to the river and please proceed to our office for check in process. Please note that there may be an additional AUD $50 charge for arrivals after 18:00 and $100 charge for arrivals after 22:00 for a personal check-in. However the property offers 24 hours access to the keys with the drop boxes at no extra charge. Please contact the property direct for details on arranging this if required. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Please inform Orange Stay Townhouses in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AUD 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Very nice townhouse. Close to transportation. Clean. Roomy. Nicely supplied with soaps, towels, etc. Having a bathroom for every bedroom was a bonus. Staff was responsive and friendly.

The chairs & couch could have been more comfortable for watching TV. Granulated instant coffee was a letdown, but there was a coffee shop close by. There is a garage, which is great, but it was very tiny.

Very close to DFO shopping, restaurants and cafes Quiet roomy comfortable

No extra blankets Salt and pepper or Dish liquid Shower had a lot of mold Too many cobwebs inside and outside front door and daddy long leg spider on staircase rails with web No screens so mozzies got in Had to buy spray

Amazing, amazing, amazing place to stay, it had everything we needed, and the location was fantastic. Highly recommend it as an option for anyone wanting to stay in Melbourne. We will definitely be back!!!

The aircon system was a little confusing..... make sure the people you put in the master think about the comfort of everyone else in the apartment lol

"Spacious, modern and clean townhouse"

Was no spare pillows in master bedroom and the one pillow person was not great. Also, with 6 girls staying there to go to races a full length mirror in the townhouse would have been good.

Loved the location, close to trams and shops and the property was very nice

The cleaners are not doing their job, the property was very unclean, bathroom was mouldy, and in need of a good clean, sheets and bed covers were stained and very dusty and the oven was very dirty. I have stayed in an apartment managed by Orange Stay before and it was exceptional, this Townhouse was not due to the cleanliness. They need to have a look at replacing the cleaners.

"Great apartment will book again."

Location was fantastic, the apartment was nice and roomy with great facilities. Fairly quiet and within walking distance to many things. Being adjacent to a park was also really nice.

The only thing that let this place down was the small single beds. We travels with several men over 6ft and the small single beds just were to small for them. If these places were upgraded to king singles it would be the perfect location.
