Orange Stay Apartments Melbourne operates at 74A/889 Collins Street Docklands. Our office is located at the back of the 889 Building next to the river and please proceed to our office for check in process. Please note that there may be an additional AUD $50 charge for arrivals after 18:00 and $100 charge for arrivals after 22:00 for a personal check-in. However the property offers 24 hours access to the keys with the drop boxes at no extra charge. Please contact the property direct for details on arranging this if required. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Please inform Orange Stay Townhouses in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AUD 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "Very good"

The house was great for our group of friends. In a really nice quiet location looking out over a park with a coffee shop at the doorstep!! Well equipped kitchen and great open plan for chillout time with friends.

The beds were comfy but could do with extra blankets so the heating not req'd overnight.

"Loved our time at Docklands. We will be back."

The location is quiet and offers a lot of facilities in the way of supermarket, and places to either eat in or get takeaway. Tram in and out of the city makes it so easy to get around. The coffee shop at our front door was a lovely bonus.

The beds were a little on the firm side and no extra pillows or blankets available.

Location was good, not far from city centre. Woolworths very close by.

Did not realise it was a tri-level residence and no lift Ground level - bedroom, queen bed, garage Level 2 Kitchen, Living Level 3 Bedroom 2 single beds + ensuite, Bedroom 2 single beds + bathroom Aircon in ground level bedroom didn't work (wouldn't blow warm air)

"Excellent position, clean and close by to supermarket and coffee shops. Would stay again."

Excellent spot, so close to amenities, clean, plenty of space

Extra towels, blankets would have been great. Few pods for the coffee machine to get us started. Didn’t realise that it was spread over three levels. Internet didn’t reach top floor where the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were which was a little disappointing.

The location was fantastic & beds were comfortable The little coffee shop just outside the front door was a great surprise

The $1000 bond was unnecessary and took a week to go back into my account The garage was very tricky to get cars in & out of

the location was great. the cafe 5 steps away had fabulous coffee and friendly service. there were several restaurants within walking distance. Southern Cross station was also close-by. Woolworths supermarket and BWS WAS ONLY 5 minutes walk.

the pillows were like pancakes! no extra blankets in case. no staple items such as salt pepper, oil or condiments.
