Perfect location, very spacious apartment with balcony, beautiful design, great beds, light filled, a clothes line in the sunshine and breeze.

We prefer sofas with higher backs and seats that are not so deep. The white chairs had a tendency to tip forward.

Access for the physically impaired was very challenging with several stairs to access the apartment. A second hair dryer for the second bathroom would be valued.

"Our regular spot in Launceston"

Super convenient location, lots of character and space. Private. Secure parking. Full kitchen plus washer and dryer.

The master bedroom is above Charles St which is a favourite spot for the local hoons on Friday and Saturday nights. There were loud cars driving past until well after midnight.

The retro industrial vibe was lovely. Apartment was very clean and in a great location.

I could not get the dishwasher to work so maybe some instructions would be good.
