The Old Federal Coffee Palace

The unit is right in the hub of Launceston, very close to everything. The owner is friendly and hospitable with great communication. Parking is available.

The bed!!! We actually had to go to target which is conveniently downstairs and buy a mattress overlay just to be able to sleep that night because it was so hard!! The owner did say he would compensate but hasn’t this far, which is fine!! I didn’t expect him to. The main bathroom could use some bleach to get rid of the mould.

Spacious and comfortable apartment, comfortable bed (a huge bonus to me!), two bathrooms, including ensuite, which was fabulous. Generously equipped, plenty of space for the four of us (two couples). The host was extremely helpful and great to communicate with. A funky and trendy apartment right in the CBD with cafes and restaurants virtually on. your doorstep. We would stay again for sure! Very reasonably priced for what the apartment offers.

It took us a while to work out where we had to go to pick up the keys ...You need to go into a glass vestibule/entrance to find key box. But then we are idiots! Only parking for one car, though you can park in the street for free overnight. Overall a great little apartment and we would stay again.

The location was great, the apartment met all of our expectations, loved the decor and the host was extremely helpful when we had issues with changing the dates for the booking. Would highly recommend to family and friends and hopefully we will be back to stay again.
