location was great

great beds, generally clean and had nearly everything that we needed.

The Apartment was exactly like the photos. Everything was very clean and smelt nice with air diffusers in bathroom. I loved the touch of the real plant in kitchen area. All the extras like the washing machine , dishwasher had detergent, which made life easy . The complex was either remote or key entry which felt very safe and the car space was easy to use. Entry and exit procedures were very easy to follow and communication with staff was excellent . The location was perfect with Woolworths next door and a huge variety of shops/ food all located in walking distance on the same street

The ensuite could use a blind on the frosted glass window .

East location to everything, parking and spacious place

The apartment was close to shops and public transport.

I didn’t realize how few windows the apartment had nor outlook. Also I didnt realize how many steps from street level to the front door . No lift so difficult getting my bags there.

Comfy bed. Good amenities. Great location.

No blind in floor to ceiling glass panel in kitchen and bathroom. Dirty lounge and pillows. Air con break down in main bedroom. Instructions with keys hard work even with pics. Stairs galore.

For an apartment on the fourth floor without letting us know there's no lift and it won't be suitable for people with medical conditions/elderly people is a pure despise and for me personally it was supposedly post operative stay in brisbane closer to my surgeon experience was so poor. I barely made it up and it was too late to change stay as it was non refundable full pay. Once I reached the unit never came out for the same reason. We had to literally make 10 trips up and down just to get the stuff right. Not child or pet friendly - biggest park just outside the property but had to walk up and down lifting your toddler as the steps are steep too. Very unhappy and to add on washing machine won't open after one wash for some wierd reason and will take take two to finish and it was a struggle - ruined some of my expensive clothes. The start of the journey was so unpleasant because no humans will pick your phone in an emergency we signed in on a Sunday and had to literally stand in the streets for more than hour or so to even get the keys sorted from their lock - not straight forward. I will not advise this space to any of my friends because it's pure greed to take the money in full without warning that the commuting to the unit is a huff puff journey. Just because the property is on prime spot we were misleaded. Good only for people who are athletic and active.
