It wasn`t clear that it was the upper floor car park and the space was tiny, good job I can reverse .

Parking was a little tricky if you have a big car.

1. Repeatedly ask for deposit through email, rarely seen on booking.com 2. Response in refunding is slow, and charged me 50 AUD for not disposing the rubbish, which I put in a bag in the bin without littering it elsewhere. That was too much. And they just replied that was minor, without giving me any specific rules. Feeling like I got ripped off. 3. The did offer parking, but the spot was in a super small corner, with 2 bikes occupying the margin of it. Difficult to park, and annoying.
AUAULocation was great for us. The apartment was as in the photos. Plenty of room for what we needed and clean.
The apartment is getting very worn and could use some Painting/ wall cleaning and bathroom maintenance. It feels like a high turn over place which is fine but could do with some love. The car space seems small but of if you treat it like a parallel park and you will fit!
