Key pick up was several km away and not in a great area; wifi log in was wrong on booking.com listing and took some messing about; swipe key didn’t work properly day 1.

AUThe property was in a good location. It had everything we needed.
The parking was extremely hard and should have been mentioned that it is a tight space. People from the country with utes (like we had) found it very hard to fit in that space. This should be mentioned. It also should be mentioned to go to the top car park. We went into the bottom one and had to tightly get out of the space.

Picking the keys up 3 km from the property. This wasn't advised until the day beforehand and then only 1 key and swipe card for 3 adults staying at the property. Incorrect information regarding the wi-fi, we had to work out the username and password ourselves. The parking (we had the worst parking spot possible) and needing to carry our bags up 12 difficult stairs because you can't access the lift direct from the floor we were parked on...same when you leave you can get to ground without your swipe car but then you can't get back up to your car. The quilt was barely big enough for the bed and very thin. The pillows were very thin. Not enough towels to use the pool and no spares for a 7-day spare, we were expected to wash our own towels if we needed extra. Paying a bond 2 weeks in advance and then possibly waiting another 2 weeks to have it refunded - most places just take a swipe of your card. The personal details requested before arrival eg. age of the guests and requesting a copy of my Driver’s License or Passport be sent over the internet...I have never had a request like this before, totally inappropriate. They may claim that this was an encrypted site but it was a third-party request and not something I was willing to provide. We then received messages regarding removing the rubbish, not getting make up on the towels, not leaving the swipe and keys on the bench all resulting in possible extra charges and being with held from the bond. When I booked through Bookings.com I didn’t realise this was really an Airbnb style property and that we would not be getting any services but this constant threat of being charged for everything was not welcoming at all. When I challenged this I was advised it was a request not a demand…that’s not what the emails said.

Oven that didn't work. Locked out as swipe card didn't work. Network and code for internet didn't work. Inability to contact anyone on the weekend via telephone, text or email on weekend.

AUThe beds were so comfy
TWThe space is very spacious and comfortable, making it a relaxing place to return to after a day of sightseeing. It’s fully equipped with everything you need.
The kitchen utensils are too old and worn-out.
AUThe check in and accessing lock box, seperate parking driveway and extremely small car park which was too small for my Nissan Navara would make it likely that I wouldn’t stay again. The apartment is very comfortable though with good aircon and facilities.
