"Not too bad, considering."

Close to the city and CAT bus stops. Very comfortable accommodations.

The parking stop for our room was parallel parking. Would have been nice if that was disclosed before hand as I am from a small country town where we do not have parallel parking in town. The was a code on the gate to the “bins” they was not disclosed. Our access card was bent and made it extremely difficult to use a key before and the card then failed completely locking us into the lobby of the apartment building. Had to stress to the StayCray that we needed a new key was we’re pretty much locked in out building, as you need a working access card to access the lobby in order to leave. It took awhile but someone did bring a spare. However stated the card we had worked for him earlier that day, which find hard to believe given the state of the access card provided to us. Poor bathroom cleaning. Loud neighbours and can hear door banging at random hours. Had one guy yelling from his balcony on and off at 11:30pm for about an hour or so. Over all not too bad.

Instructions on how to get/deliver the key/access card.

The apartment was fine. However, you need an access card to get in/out and around the building. We could only get one access card and one key. Although they had informed us that we could have 2-3. With 4 people staying there for 16 nights, it was quite annoying.

"Don't bother"

Don't bother. The listing on Booking.com says two bathrooms - what this property meant was a bathroom and a toilet as two seperate rooms. I'll called on 3 occasions, they asnwered the phone and were polite, but said they would call me back. What they meant is they would email back hours later. The internet didn't work, days later someone dropped off a booster but with no instructions. The kitchen was filthy and we had to wear shoes on the kitchen floor. It said: toiletries, but for 4 people staying for 5 nights, there was only one third of a bottle of hand soap. Even after having this conversation and someone came in with an internet booster, toiletries weren't replaced. What bothered me the most is they misrepresented the property and then came up with a flimsy excuse. this was through Staycay, so beware.

"Perfect position, management of the property could do better"

The key was in a locked box that was level with my shoes surrounded by smelly garbage bins. Luckily I’m reasonably fit and could access them. My sister who has two replaced knees would have had no hope I kept getting emails regarding a $250 bond but the link was removed. Wasn’t sure if it was legit or not. On the day of arrival was told via email if I didn’t pay the bond I would forfeit my paid accommodation. Once again the link was not there. Eventually I received a phone call and I provided credit card details. Not happy how this was handled and wouldn’t stay again

It was all round very lovely place to stay, nice and close to shops, tidy and quite. Would definitely stay again
