House layout is unusual but worked efficiently for our group with two family bathrooms. Super well equipped kitchen and dining room. Leisure facilities like billiard table sauna gym and spa very good. One lounge area has AV setup with Netflix while the central sitting room makes a quiet chat room. Garden interesting patio equipped with lounge dining setting BBQ and pizza oven . Really close to the Richmond Bridge and close to the centre with cafe's, bakery. Grocery and .all Richmond attractions. Breakfast supplies lavish and suit most tastes. Lots of parking and easy turn driveway.

Flooring creaks and doors squeak loudly. You know when people are moving around at night. Road noise just audible in daytime but very quiet at night. Could not make AV setup show any TV only Netflix etc.
