Spotlessly clean and great location. Comfortable bed and pillows.

The towels were crispy. I love a big fluffy towel to make it feel like a getaway.

Location was quiet and peaceful, accommodation was well kept and tidy. Private parking was a big plus, had a nice courtyard out the back. Bed was nice and comfy, good kitchen and shower.

Lock box was painful to use, side entry gate for vehicle access had issues and didn't lock properly every time you went to lock it. Tap in bathroom/ laundry was very loose in bench top.

The house was small but cosy.. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen is very small but had everything we needed.

The pillows were very soft and a/c in the main room was quite noisy.

Great spot in one of Orange's tree-lined streets. Beautiful Edwardian houses and gardens all about the area. 10 minute walk to the main shopping street, 1 block to a very popular cafe. Nice, clean and well furnished 1/2 house. Comfortable bed and sofa. There was no dishwashing liquid or laundry detergent when we arrived. The owners delivered some in the afternoon after we contacted them, so all just fine. Off street parking was handy. Sunny little courtyard.

There were only 2 forks in the kitchen. Plenty of other cutlery though.

Great communication, lovely, clean unit with all facilities and breakfast too. Location was perfect.. close to everything. Would definitely book again.

Location was fabulous - easy walk to main street, restaurants and Orange is a great cycling town
