Perfection On Prince

Ten out of ten for a superior little cottage. Extremely well furnished and decorated, very comfortable, excellent kitchen and bathroom, warm and cosy in the cold weather. Off street parking. Comfortable bed. Highly recommended.

Comfortable, cosy, and conveniently located in town. Hygienically clean throughout and welcoming. A small, yet functional home away from home.

Check that complimentary condiments are in date eg breakfast cereal.

It as very clean, new and well set up. Good aircon/ heating which was tested when we stayed because it was very cold. The location was fine for access to all the areas around Orange. You will still need to drive to the centre for shopping etc. There is off-street parking although we just parked outside the property on the street. And we were grateful for the washing machine and dryer.

No electric blankets when the minimum temperature was below zero. Nowhere to hang coats, scarves etc and nowhere to hang clothes in the bathroom/laundry area. And only one wire coat hanger in the spacious hanging area. Also Prince St is a very busy street with a lot of traffic so if traffic noise bothers you perhaps look for a quieter location.

Very clean & perfect accommodation with all the amenities for a weekend away.

bit small in the kitchen but we weren’t in there for long as we had a wedding and not cooking

the property is small but very well set up with everything you need.

We couldn't find the power switch to the oven. No manual. Would have been disastrous if we depended on it for Christmas Day.
