TV reception wasn’t good. No curtains or blinds on loft windows (very light early in morning).

Lovely spacious, light and airy apartment, with big balconies. Three minute walk to the beach and then an easy 10 minute walk into town.

Location handy to town and beach.

This was a great place to stay, a large unit in a small complex. Close to beach , 2 min walk but the outlook was the trees. Great beach, off leash for dogs but they won't bother you, some great spots to shelter close to the dunes if windy. The flat fits 4 to 6 comfortably and has plenty of space and a good kitchen, two bathrooms. Its an easy walk into town and we walked up to the light house each day for dawn. This is one of the quietest locations i have ever stayed in at Byron, and I've stayed here many times over 30 years. Communication was easy as was access and no issues arriving or leaving - I would stay again

The only down side was that there is one main lounge, it can fit several people but with five of us, another lounge would have been good.

Comfort and Sleep and extremely important on a holiday. We unfortunately wouldn’t stay here again. The sun hits your actual face first thing in the morning in the upper level. The triangle window to the side should be tinted at a minimum (other apartments have done this). No-one can sleep if the sun is on your face. The noise levels were so extreme on the last two nights, that even my husband (very heavy sleeper), could not sleep. The constant sound of walking, banging, water screeching in the walls at 2am, it was like it was on top of our heads. It was very difficult to drive 9 hours home the next day. Unfortunately, we were not well rested on this holiday.
