الشقة غير نظيفة البلكونات غير مطلة وكذلك رائحتها سيئة حجزنا كان في الفندق الأساسي وتفاجأنا بان مكاننا في مبنى اخر لا تتوفر نظافة للشقة ودورات المياة لانستطيع تنظيفها لعدم وجود منفذ لتصريف المياه الغرف ضيقة جداً المبنى الذي سكنا فيه يوجد مقر لاستقبال الضيوف ولكن لايوجد موظفين أبدا إذا اردنا اي امر نضطر إلى التوجه إلى المبنى الاخر تجربة سيئة ولن أعيدها أبدا

Good location, kitchen well equipped, joker card.

Issues with booking, had to pay extra as children above 15 are considered adults.

The location, spaceous apartment and Saalbach as whole. Convenient with garage (n.b. extra cost!)

Beds a bit hard maybe.

Location great, 3 min walk to the gondola. Close to the city center.

The hotel needs renovation, they don't offer breakfast, the parking lot is quite far away in the tunnel, the saunas and wellness are not open in the winter, the kitchen is modestly equipped. The ski room is too small, you get one tiny locker in which you can't fit 4 pairs of skis, ski boots, in short, the price is too high, considering the offer. The reception is open from 8.40 in the morning, too late for those who would like to go skiing early.

The location is absolutely fantastic- I don’t think you could beat it for ease of access to ski school and lifts. The apartment was a great size for 6 of us and had most things we needed. There was limited noise from within the apartment block, which was surprising as it was busy.

The boot room was cramped and really awkward to get to our locker but that’s almost the only thing.
