Residence Saalbach

Quite high deposit (100 EUR per person) that was blocked for a month. I'd expect it to be released within few days upon departure. While communication of the hotel prior to our arrival was excellent, my questions to the deposit upon our departure were ignored.

Room was very spacious, 2 large bathrooms, Pizzeria on bottom floor. very close city center. Very nice view from balcony. Kids loved it. we'll be happy to return.

Locating the room. There are apartment 1-20 and apartment g1-20 took us sometime to locate the g part of the building. Entrance to parking was somewhat confusing.

Great location with garage in basement with electricity for e-bikes. in street center so evening walks were great.

basicly no negative comment - but we would love jacuzzi which was on roof top of apartement across the street ... :-)

Very convenient location in town with all the gondolas, happening, bus, pedestrian area close by, with joker card its really nice to use all the activities they offer. Size of the apartment is comfortable for a family, or group of friends to use.

There is a pizza place downstairs so in the evening (especially weekends) its loud, on weekends also some places close by have loud music (we have small kids and with summer heat we had to have windows open). Also kitchen is very poorly equipped for such a big apartment.

Location was great

Not clean, broken coffee maker, no hair dryer and overall seemed worn out.

Modern apartment (#10) with a two balconies. The main balcony was very large. Good location at the end of the main street. Very informative and helpful staff.

Hallway, kitchen and the bedrooms were cramped. No bike storage, although you can leave the bikes in the garage. Only one parking space for a six person apartment (more available nearby for extra payment).

Spacious property within walking distance of the public bus stop. Very large apartment with the essentials that you need. Kitchen is small but functional. Dual balconies are very nicer to get outdoor air and having a meal in the sunshine. The lodging provides the Joker Card which allows free access to many amenities around the valley. And there is a slow washer and dryer that the staff allows guests to use for 3 €

Not much to say as the property does a v great job accentuating the positives

Amazing place,people,very close to the restaurants,supermarkets,ski lifts. Perfect place for perfect holiday!Love it!
