"Comfortable rooms in good location"

Good location close to cafes and restaurants and easy walk to Salamanca. Great views of mountain and bridge. Comfortable lounge furniture and beds.

Stayed in winter and it took a long time for rooms to warm up after we turned wall heaters on, but once warmed up all good. Parking spots on street were limited when we arrived early evening.

King size beds, heating, well equipped kitchen, scan pans! Heated bathroom floor, bathtub, did I say king size beds! Top floor apartment, view, location.

Not much!! .. only that sadly the bathtub was not comfortable 🥺 oh and get better quality olive oil.. really ✅

"Better than the photos!"

Wow wow wow this place was so lovely honestly wished we were staying longer in a great location super easy to find and get keys, the photos don’t do it justice this place is gorgeous and the heated tiles in the bathroom was such a nice surprise our host even offered us late check out as nobody was booked in after us, heaps of parking and super easy to get there even if not familiar with Hobart :)

The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Battery Point, Sandy Bay and the Salamanca Area. The cottage is cosy and sunny with all the amenities we needed as a family. Super comfy beds were a plus as well as the washer/dryer when travelling as a family.

Nothing! Parking can be a very small issue but we always managed to find a street park nearby. It was Easter weekend too so maybe busier than usual.
