Please note that a 1.5% surcharge on eftpos transactions and on 3% for payments with American Express credit card. Price per person rate is based on the use of one queen bed for 2 people. If more than one bed is used there will be an additional charge of USD 50 for cleaning and linen use. Please note if more people occupy the villas than stated on your booking, there will be additional fees charged to your booking and/or loss of bond money. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property. You our guest agree that you will pay us the operator for your stay and any additional charges up until your time of departure. Please Note There is construction taking place on a neighboring property. Work is being carried out during weekdays. While this is out of our control there may be some daytime noise. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
