"A nice place to stay at but floors in the kitchen & hall could be cleaned"

Spacious

Kitchen& living room floor was sticky. I had to wipe it with a cloth to remove the stickiness & odour. No mop provided.

"Clean and comfortable"

The two bedroom unit was in a lovely quiet location. Beds were very comfortable and the unit was spotless. Sheets were lovely and crisp!

Only one small negative. Collection of key was easy and Reception were lovely but it was a little confusing due to unusual numbering of property, so if I had been an International visitor it would have caused a bit of stress as it wasn't clear (so would recommend maybe a little mud map or clear written instructions).

"Very disappointing."

Great location-convenient to beach and town.

A development being constructed next door which should have been disclosed prior to booking.The noise was extreme starting at 7.00am in the morning to the extent that the whole building vibrated as a result of the noise generated from these works. In addition on a day where it was cooler we decided to stay indoors at the residence to take advantage of the โ€œbeachfrontโ€ view. However we were met with truck & dog parked directly in front of the residence from the construction next door which totally negated any view. Also the bbq was absolutely filthy with the fat collection just about full of congealed fat not to mention the uncleared bbq plate.Due to the uncleanliness rendered the bbq unusable and unhygienic during our stay.

Fabulous location opposite the beach. Helpful staff when informed that neither the stove nor TV control were working properly.

Itโ€™s rather rundown and the stove was dodgy. Not particularly clean with dust and cobwebs in the bathroom and a left-over party balloon floating around in the living room. The email from Booking.com about checking in after 4pm didnโ€™t arrive till 3:30 that day and I didnโ€™t see it till later that evening. It should have been sent a day or two beforehand not after the official checkin time of 3pm.
