The unit was clean and presentable with very good facilities.

The sliding bathroom door did not fully shut, it kept sliding open a bit. All the doors needed to be plained as they were rubbing on the carpet.

Very clean, very comfortable, And the host’s responses right in time👍

The house is very nice Inside and had very nice quality towels, Kitchen utensils etc

The host really needs to put more effort into making sure her customers have received the correct code to enter the house... booking.com sent a code which looked like it would be the entry code... only to find on arrival it's not the correct code, I am well aware only Telstra works in our rural towns, when I went back to town to find a phone box to call Gabrielle she was extremely rude, and was adamant she sent the code via email, strange I never received any such thing, only her decline to having a late check-out.

This is a superb apartment which is a great size, very comfortable and with great facilities. Kulin is a lovely small town and very friendly. It is essential to know the key codes before arriving as phone signals are patchy.

Excellent unit with all creature comforts met. So easy to book, and flexible with check-in time.
