"Superb"

It was a homely atmosphere with entertainment stuff for fun inside.

Maybe an extra toilet and a bathroom door which could be locked. Second bedroom no Aircon.

Property looked scruffy from the outside & doesn't do the owners any favours. The garden needs attending with grass being laid retic installed & flowers planting like the property next door.

"Perfect stopover for a trip to Esperance"

Comfortable, just what we needed for a stop in the way back from Esperance. Don't miss the Aquatic Centre next door, it is a must to set the kids loose and relax!

"Memorable overnight stay in Kulin"

Good base for visiting the Wheatbelt and the Tin Horse Highway - and not too far to drive to Wave Rock the next day. Liked parking right at the back door. Entry instructions were good. The low-set house was conveniently located - just a short walk to the Kulin Pub, now called Community Hub, where we met friendly locals & had an excellent evening meal. Next day we experienced more local friendliness at the Cafe where we not only had morning tea but also were able to buy some interesting gifts & locally-made jewellery.

"A gem in the desert"

Very well equipped. Lots of space. Bright and airy. Quiet area.

No cheese grater. A longish walk to the centre.
