Beautiful property in a stunning location overlooking the water. Waking up looking out at the beautiful sunrise was pure bliss. Apartment was nicely decorated with coastal decor and modern furnishings. Nice touches were the Sheridan bed sheets and also the Alive branded toiletries provided. Also the beds were super comfy and the shower was divine. Selection of herbal teas was also appreciated. A small beach close by as well.

Stairs to get up to the property on the top level could prove difficult if you had mobility issues. Also at times could hear the people in the downstairs part of the property.

Comfortable

Swell is beautifully appointed with stylish decor with a coastal vibe and is spotlessly clean. It has an incredible view out across the ocean and is in a quiet neighbourhood.

The light switches were a bit tricky to turn on and off and we had difficulty connecting to the wifi with the password provided. We were also needing to use a hairdryer but there wasn't one provided.

Nice location, though there were a few things that didn’t match the listing. There’s no patio or outdoor dining area as stated, and the only window in the kitchen/laundry space with a water view is quite high up. We also weren’t aware that the property is located above another home, and the rooms and bathroom felt smaller than expected. It would be great to have some high stools or seating by the window to make the most of the view, since that’s the only spot you can see it from. The only mirror is a small round one in the bathroom, which made getting ready a bit tricky. While the place was mostly clean, the sheets were not clean and there was hair all throughout the bathroom.

There’s a locked internal door within the space that appears to connect to the main residence

Lovely & charming unit (top level of family residence). Clean and cozy, amazing views of ocean from the kitchen/dining area. Great for a short stay. Walking distance to local cafe and The Little Blowhole
