We have stayed at places for half the price and they have had a hamper of amenities, snacks , champagne to welcome the guests In the description when booking Swells it also said it included wine , cookies , champagne ( see attached ) All the place had was oil and some sauces in a cupboard , nothing in fridge no spreads not even butter Even the sugar for the tea was crystallised that’s how long it must have been sitting there The rooms are small , the sea view is why we booked it however it is not right on the beach you can just see the beach far away and mainly the top of the roof and no beach access as the host resides in the house underneath / infront Your essentially living on the top floor so not really much privacy ( see attached ) I believe it was an overpriced stay and did not have any extras as hosts usually provide for guests paying over $1400 a night Disappointed and wouldn’t book again - Disinfectant spray / pump empty on bench not sure why it was there if it was empty - No butter , spreads or even a water bottle / empty fridge

Location, location, location! On the 20km Kiama Coastal Trek walk Close to Kendalll Beach. Safe for swimming And close to Kiama town centre Owner lovely and was immaculate and comfortable
