The view

Very out dated, needs a good makeover. Furniture looks like it belonged to my grandmother and I am70 myself.😪 Photos on booking have been doctored. The oven looked like it had not been cleaned for some time. We were that dissappointed that we left a day early. Also had to chase up keys on arrival even though we had booked the day before.😪😪

The view was fantastic and proximity to the beaches and coastal walks was excellent.

The unit is old. No Air conditioning and even no ceiling fans. Furniture is very old. The bedroom needs blockout curtains at the very least. Parking is on the road as the garage only fits tiny cars.

I was told there was 5 steps a landing then 5 steps. I arrived with a 20kg bag and other bags .There was 7 steps, a landing, 7 steps a landing then repeat.A total of 28 steps.Health condition made it very difficult.I wish I hadn't been mislead and I was pretty angry I had been. the lounge and lounge chairs looked filthy and they were very uncomfortable. the kitchen was very outdated and cockroaches in the drawer. The shower was in the bath but as an older person I don't have the agility required to get in and out.No slip mat provided.A definite risk.I was scared of showering the whole stay, in case I slipped. The wardrobes were very smelly and the equipment stored in the one in the main bedroom was broken and or rusty. None of the cupboards or wardrobes had any lining they were all bare chipboard. I wasn't confident that the blanket I used and the pillows and bedspread had been cleaned.I'm glad I had my own pillow. For privacy I had to have the bedroom curtain drawn the whole time because there was no other privacy option so I couldn't enjoy the coastal vista or have natural light. the mattress was too soft for me. There was no air conditioner or internet. The garage door could not be locked and did not have remote control.So getting in and out of the car to open and close the door, in the torrential rain, was very unpleasant.Good luck finding the garage because it's difficult to see the numbers. I did not feel comfortable in this unit.At best, it needs a makeover,at least, a new lounge and mattress,bathroom and kitchen. Good things,Washing machine and dryer.Even though there was traffic noise, ocean and adverse weather noise there was no noise from other units.Maybe there wasn't anyone else staying there. It's a shame I spent my hard earned money on this property when I could've chosen elsewhere.It was a depressing experience.

Amazing view! Loved the location! Very proximate to the beach! Good amenities. Loved the DVD collection . (300+ - better than Netflix!).

Front door lock needs repairs. Didn’t really work from inside. Wedged a chair against door knob at night. A few baby cockroaches on and around bathroom bench top.
