The recreation areas and location were amazing.

There was a constant noise from the hot water connection on the floor that was very annoying every morning and every night. There was very little in the way of kitchen items eg: no water jug and literally 3 bowls.. Also no kitchen cloth to clean with..

I like the view and I like how it build like house but still feel like a hotel at the some time . Love that we had private parking. Love the living room and kitchen . Love that we had equipment to keep the rooms clean

The was noise that kept coming very time sometime turn on hot water , it was very scare at first but called customer service they explain why the noise and taht I shouldn’t worry. I was Tories anymore but I as still annoyed every time the noise came especially at night, during the day we didn’t spend much time we were pretty much out all day coming back tired and having to hear that noise was a bit irritating. Beside that I will definitely book with you guys if I ever come to gold cost again and would definitely recommend to friends and family as well.

"Plenty of things to do both onsite and locally and with light rail it is very easy to get around."

We stay at the hotel frequently, it's the first time we have booked this particular apartment on Booking.com The location is excellent the host was amazing and patient with my questions. They are very quick to respond and exceeded my expectations on timeframes.

There was an issue with the whistling noise from the hot water system due to ongoing maintenance which was completely disclosed to us by the host in time for us to cancel without penalty if that was our choice. It was affecting the whole hotel as disclosed on their own website.

Spacious, clean, great view, close to everything. Great facilities

Our room was near the water meter so some times there was a high pitch squeal when others in the block were showering. It was annoying but a minor inconvenience.
