"Unimpressive stay"

The location

Very poorly run. Having to drive somewhere to pick up a key, when that could be done on the premises. Room, bathroom and balcony not clean. Wasp nests around the balcony. A coffee pod machine supplied, but no coffee pods. No instant coffee or milk either. Only a split air con in the living room and only a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Around a 6 or 7 degrees difference.

On arrival there was complimentary tea with milk. So appreciated. And a lovely bottle of bubbly and welcome note. Warm and fuzzy feelings to start a great stay.

Very well set up and very clean.

Bedroom needs some form of heating for winter and cooling for summer. Current air conditioner does not service entire floor space.
